Kitchen/Food Industry Worker

As a kitchen worker at Kruunu Herkku, you get to be involved in the kitchen preparation process and send tasty dishes out into the world.

As a Kitchen/Food Industry Worker, you will be responsible for food preparation in a warm kitchen, packaging of products, and preparation of cold products. You will need to have previous experience working in the food industry, and alternatively, working as a chef is definitely an advantage in this position. You must be able to speak and understand English well. The work is mainly carried out on weekdays in two shifts between 6 am and 10 pm.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience working in the food industry
• Alternatively, working as a chef is definitely an advantage in this position
• Must be able to speak and understand English well
• Hygiene passport (we will assist you in obtaining a hygiene passport certificate if necessary)
• Initiative and dynamism
• Flexibility to work in different shifts

Note: The job starts as soon as possible, therefore only persons with immediate availability and right to work in Finland (residence permit in Finland or EU citizenship) will be considered for this position.

Job Benefits

• Finnish contract signed with Barona
• Starting salary €11.05/h minimum (based on experience)
• Evening shift supplement: €2.00/h and possible night shift supplement €3.99/h
• Full-time, fixed term until the end of 2023 with the possibility to get the contract prolonged
• Assistance with relocation (if applicable)
